Many people today have a false view of reality. They have adopted a secular worldview, which denies the reality of God and His revelation. They follow the words of Richard Dawkins, a famous atheist and biologist, who said: “The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil and no good, nothing but a blind, pitiless indifference.” But this worldview is not only wrong, but also empty. It cannot account for the origin, order, and complexity of the universe. It cannot explain the moral, rational, and aesthetic aspects of human nature. It cannot explain the immaterial soul and human free will and it cannot give any hope for the present or the future.
I believe that the universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, a design, a purpose, an evil and a good, and a loving and righteous God. As C.S. Lewis, a renowned Christian apologist and writer, said: “I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.
